WSRU is radio for students, by students. Broadcasting from the Wakehurst student activity center, we are an organization of student volunteers who just enjoy music and conversation. We welcome students with an interest in any of the broad collection of subjects we deal with everyday. Positions encompass everything from the classic DJ and the ever important Music Manager, to new technology positions such as Video Engineer and Graphic Designer. We are the campus’s premier multimedia outlet for students, and our mission is to provide entertainment and information to the campus community at large, while also developing career skills for the students involved. We have also recently purchased professional DJ equiptment that give students the oppertunity to learn basic DJ skills and even DJ an event on campus. Interested in learning more about WSRU?
